Sr Associate Global Product Supply Planning

Overview

Sr Associate in Global Product Supply Planning responsible for delivering global supply plans, supply chain reporting, and master data integrity. Manages end-to-end demand and supply planning activities for commercial products and supports supply chain process execution and quality checks.

What you'll do

• Control monthly supply transition plans across supply chain nodes based on changes to supply, demand, or regulatory approval assumptions for life cycle management initiatives.
• Balance monthly supply plans across manufacturing stages/sites to support demand and maintain safety stock levels.
• Perform complex product supply chain and network scenario analysis and report results to senior management.
• Present monthly end-to-end demand and supply plans, including supply planning quality checks at planning cycle completion.
• Run monthly pre-planning quality checks to ensure MRP integrity for multiple commercial products.
• Establish supply plans for new supply chain nodes using strategic inputs from the Global Supply Chain Lead.
• Support supply chain automation and AI transformation initiatives to improve work efficiency.

What you'll need

• Experience requirement: 5-9 years via one of the listed education/experience combinations.
• Strong knowledge/experience in demand and supply planning, MRP, production planning, and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of demand/supply planning, supply chain principles, and logistics.
• 2+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong business data analytical skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with willingness to call out gaps and seek solutions.
• Comfortable communicating across management levels and in a matrix organization.
