Sr Demand Planner

Overview

Sr Demand Planner focused on improving forecast accuracy at the Item/Week/Location level by optimizing OMP statistical forecasting technologies and partnering with business teams.

What you'll do

• Review forecasts and manage splits at Item/Week/Location level in OMP for a rolling 5-month horizon.
• Analyze and report key performance metrics including forecast error, trends, bias, and demand sensing.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning teams to support achievement of business KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights to reduce inventory and lower costs.
• Ensure data integrity in OMP at the item/location/week level across defined customer channels.
• Drive continuous improvements by examining OMP forecasting tools and processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Full-time graduation from an accredited university is mandatory.
• Demonstrate understanding of the PEAK Demand process.
• Hands-on experience with planning systems such as OMP, APO, or JDA.
• Basic understanding of statistical models and analysis.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning and forecasting processes.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
