Associate Business Process Specialist – DSS STP Digital & Sourcing

Overview

Associate Business Process Specialist (DSS STP Digital & Sourcing) supporting strategic sourcing events and driving value through advanced analytics.

What you'll do

• Support global sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) using digital e-sourcing platforms such as Coupa Sourcing Optimization.
• Prepare and analyze supplier bids, perform outlier detection, and deliver scenario modeling for sourcing decisions.
• Independently execute data collection, cleansing, and reporting to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with DSS e-sourcing super users to implement automation and streamline sourcing workflows.
• Define business requirements and translate them into system configurations for digital improvement initiatives.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment and transparency in sourcing activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain.
• Expertise in Coupa Sourcing Optimization or another sourcing optimization tool is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
