What you'll do

• Provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance.
• Implement customer support strategies to improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction in sales.
• Oversee progress toward defined targets and implement improvement actions as needed.
• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer queries and issues as the first point of contact.
• Support pre-sales or after-sales service via effective customer communication using commercial tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead digitalization/automation projects for business efficiency.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in order management, project management, customer service, sales operations, or supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
