Business Management Analyst, AVP

Overview

Business Management Analyst (AVP) role focused on delivering COO and operating model transformation initiatives for the Private Bank.

What you'll do

• Partner with business, operations, technology, and COO stakeholders to improve efficiency, control, and client outcomes.
• Use data analytics, visualization tools, and self-service dashboards for actionable insights and management reporting.
• Identify and evaluate automation, AI, and digital transformation opportunities via process assessments and business case development.
• Support design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of automation and AI-powered use cases.
• Gather requirements, track deliverables, obtain sign-offs, and help ensure execution of improvement projects.
• Analyze trends, root causes, risks, and efficiency opportunities and translate findings into recommendations.

What you'll need

• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with visualization and productivity tools including Power BI/Tableau and Excel/VBA.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data, automation, and AI solutions.
• Knowledge of data modelling, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
