Associate Logistics Analyst

Overview

Associate Logistics Analyst role in Medtronic MiniMed’s Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune, focused on logistics process control and SAP-based warehouse and distribution improvements.

What you'll do

• Control flow of raw/finished goods, services, and information from origin to manufacturing receipt and customer placement.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes (replenishment, demand management, data interchange systems).
• Gather and analyze warehouse/logistics/shipping business requirements for SAP-based process improvements.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis of current warehouse operations vs SAP best practices to improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Configure, support, and maintain SAP logistics modules including SAP EWM, SAP WM, SAP Inventory Management, and SAP TM.
• Build SAP reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and Excel.
• Lead UAT/SIT and defect resolution for SAP enhancements and implementations.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics (or equivalent experience) with a High School Diploma, Vocational diploma, or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• 0+ years experience with a Baccalaureate Degree.
• Analytical, project management, operational excellence, and data analytics abilities.
• Experience configuring/supporting SAP logistics modules (SAP EWM, SAP WM, SAP Inventory Management, SAP TM).
• Use Winshuttle and LSMW for data migration and mass uploads.
• Use SQL queries and SAP data extraction techniques for logistics performance analysis and reporting.
