Data Analyst

Overview

Data Analyst role at OLIVER Agency APAC focused on managing MIS/performance tracking, analyzing brand performance, and supporting brand execution and budget discipline.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update daily performance trackers for LBP across platforms.
• Build dashboards and reports for campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and consumer engagement.
• Identify growth drivers and areas of concern and provide improvement recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day brand execution and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and product teams for smooth operations.
• Manage Gift With Purchase (GWP) and Purchase With Purchase (PWP) programs across platforms.
• Track spends by campaign/platform, ensure budget adherence, and manage PO/invoice actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, brand operations, or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in AI and new technologies; knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
