Data Analyst - Data Analyst L3 (5.1-7 years)

Overview

Data Analyst L3 role responsible for delivering data analysis and setting up automated reporting, controls, and monitoring for the BROKK team.

What you'll do

• Deliver data analysis and automated reporting on an ad hoc and scheduled basis.
• Set up automated controls for document storage, tariff validation, invoice acquisition, and accounting based on user requirements.
• Analyze tariff, invoice, and fee data and assess impacts and costs from business changes.
• Build dashboards to present tariff usage, invoice acquisition status, and fee taxonomy.
• Extract patterns from BROKK database data to support investigations and control needs.
• Identify issues such as missing rate cards, mismatched fee taxonomy, or invoice gaps and implement solutions.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences via high-quality presentations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with proven expertise in a Data Analyst role.
• Strong grasp of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in data mining, analysis, and basic ETL processes.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with hands-on experience in Oracle environments.
• Functional knowledge of financial products and regulatory frameworks (EMIR, MiFID, CFTC, …).
• Visualization tool proficiency such as Microsoft Power BI or Oracle Apex.
• Ability to produce clear technical and functional specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine-learning or AI techniques.
