Reporting and Automation data Analyst - (Tableau / Python)

Overview

Reporting & Automation Data Analyst for Citi’s Data/Information Management team, supporting Banking Operations & Analytics within COO.

What you'll do

• Gather data from multiple sources, clean it, and analyze for trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports with KPIs and operational/financial metrics.
• Identify manual repetitive tasks and build automated solutions using scripting and automation tools.
• Create interactive dashboards for real-time visibility using reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the accuracy and reliability of reporting systems and automation tools.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation, Data/Information Management Analyst roles.
• Proficiency in business intelligence technologies such as SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, and Tableau.
• Ability to develop scripts for automating routine tasks (e.g., Python for file processing and API integrations).
• Track record of developing reports, performing data analysis, and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong data manipulation/querying skills (SQL/Python/R mentioned; querying and data readiness for reporting).
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
