Data Analyst

Overview

Build analytical tools and models that generate insights, identify patterns, and support business decisions. Work with technical and business teams to deliver data-driven improvements through an agile workflow.

What you'll do

• Investigate data quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source issues.
• Design and build pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, correlations, and behavioural patterns.
• Develop logical data models, forecast models, and simulations.
• Create dashboards and visual reports for stakeholder needs.
• Translate analytical findings into operational and process improvements.
• Work with technical teams, architects, designers, and administrators to resolve challenges.

What you'll need

• Experience as a data analyst.
• Ability to use data analysis to support business recommendations.
• Ability to take ownership of initiatives and deliver through agile workflows.
• Understanding of risk, controls, change, transformation, and business acumen.
• Strategic thinking and digital and technology skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in automation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
• Awareness of Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled automation tools.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents.
