Data Analyst-Reporting and Automation

Overview

Data Analyst supporting Banking Operations and Analytics through data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and automated solutions.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify operational trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Build automated solutions for manual and repetitive tasks.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Develop interactive dashboards using reporting and visualization tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain reporting systems and automation tools, including troubleshooting and updates.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and automation or data/information management analyst roles.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience developing reports, performing data analysis, and implementing automation solutions.
• Ability to develop scripts for routine-task automation, including file processing and API integrations.
• Experience developing and deploying AI solutions with technology and business teams.
• Knowledge of banking operations such as expense analytics, cash flow management, fraud analytics, or ROI.
• Bachelor's or university degree in STEM.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• AI or generative AI proficiency.
