Data and Insights Product Owner

Overview

The Data and Insights Product Owner will support the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to create a unified “golden record” by connecting siloed marketing systems. The role bridges business stakeholders and engineering and is not purely technical or purely business-focused.

What you'll do

• Become a CDP subject matter expert.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate data integration across multiple systems.
• Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Manage products end to end, from inception to implementation.
• Understand data flows and architecture.
• Set up and report on web analytics.
• Translate between business and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Learn new platforms.

What you'll need

• Experience with a Customer Data Platform, including Adobe CDP, Tealium, or Treasure Data.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of data flow and architecture.
• Experience with web analytics setup and reporting.
• Experience with end-to-end product management, from inception to implementation.
• Active listening skills and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Learning agility for new platforms.
• Experience with multi-market stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Eloqua, 6th Sense, Zoom Info, Bombora, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with marketing automation and account-based marketing tools.
