Data Engineer, Knowledge Graph

Overview

As a Data Engineer for Point72’s Market Intelligence team, you’ll build and maintain financial knowledge graphs to connect companies, industries, and economy insights.

What you'll do

• Design and implement a financial knowledge graph architecture with sophisticated data models.
• Create graph processing pipelines for ingestion, transformation, knowledge extraction, and analytics.
• Define and implement best practices for knowledge graph development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Champion adoption of graph-based solutions across Market Intelligence.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge graph engineering, graph database development, or related work.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong expertise in graph data modeling, ontology design, and semantic technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major graph database technology.
• Advanced programming skills in Python or another high-level language.
• Experience integrating diverse data sources into unified knowledge graphs.
• Track record implementing change management for technical initiatives.
