Data Engineer+PMO - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead data engineering initiatives focused on designing and developing data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation solutions within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice, guiding large multidiscipline teams on complex delivery challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead data engineering initiatives from design through delivery
• Develop data pipelines, integration routines, and transformation logic for client data platforms
• Design Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions that support scalable analytics use cases
• Apply Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar orchestration tools to schedule and manage data workflows
• Optimize data models, query performance, and warehouse structures to improve processing efficiency
• Validate data quality, lineage, and reconciliation controls across source, staging, and reporting layers
• Advise clients on data architecture choices, platform modernization paths, and implementation tradeoffs
• Coach team members through complex delivery work and coordinate issue resolution across technical stakeholders

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating Snowflake and Cortex implementation experience in client settings
• Applying systems thinking to data modernization challenges and opportunities
• Crafting clear messages that translate technical details into business stories
• Directing teams through ambiguity while maintaining composure
• Initiating coaching conversations and building inclusive team dynamics
• Validating client outcomes and adapting plans from feedback
