Overview

Lead Data Engineer, Specialist responsible for designing and delivering scalable data platforms, cloud-native data pipelines, and analytics solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Data and AI Engineers.
• Drive solution architecture and technical design aligned to business objectives.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines for large datasets.
• Build cloud-based data platforms and storage solutions for analytical and operational workloads.
• Implement batch and real-time processing using orchestration and streaming technologies.
• Own solution design through deployment, production reliability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of relevant technology experience.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience with scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Experience leading technical solutions and guiding teams through delivery and production support.
• Cloud skills with AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, Redshift, Athena, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, IAM, CloudWatch, and EMR.
• Data engineering skills with Redshift, Databricks, dbt, and Spark.
• Programming skills in Python, PySpark, Pandas, and advanced SQL.
