Overview

Senior Manager for Data Engineering in Evernorth’s Data and Analytics organization, focused on building scalable data architecture and reusable data products.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership, vision, and architectural/design direction for the data engineering team.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution for the team.
• Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for integration technologies.
• Design and implement data models and architecture to support next-generation, enterprise-wide capabilities.
• Implement proactive monitoring for performance, availability, security, and capacity of supported assets.
• Ensure ongoing data quality by monitoring data before business impact.

What you'll need

• Have 15+ years of experience.
• Have 7+ years of experience with Python and Spark.
• Have 5+ years of data management and SQL experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience in AWS.
• Have 3+ years of experience in Snowflake.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and SQL.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Full-time role working 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid model: 3 days WFO and 2 days WAH.
• Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
