Delivery Lead – Data Engineering & Databricks - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Lead and own the GHR Databricks platform strategy for workforce data, analytics, reporting, AI-ready datasets, and integrations.

What you'll do

• Own the GHR Databricks platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise HR data products and AI-ready datasets.
• Partner with HR Analytics, Reporting, AI, and Data Governance teams to enable business outcomes.
• Define data architecture, engineering standards, security controls, and best practices.
• Manage product backlog, priorities, and delivery across global development teams.
• Drive platform modernization, scalability, performance, and adoption.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Deep expertise with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Strong experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering patterns.
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or enterprise business data (preferred).
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills.
• Experience leading global teams and delivering large-scale data initiatives.
