Data Platform Engineer

Overview

Data Platform Engineer role contributing to the data platform blueprint and design, working closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration across systems and data models.

What you'll do

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business needs.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to data platform integration.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform-related tasks.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAS Analytics.
• Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data platform architecture and design principles.
• Experience working with data integration and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data platform issues.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams.
• 15 years full time education.
