Data Scientist

Overview

The Data Scientist designs and leads universe studies, sets up extrapolation for Retail Panels, explores raw data modelling for non-coop retailers, and supports root-cause analysis for client complaints related to these activities.

What you'll do

• Design and lead universe studies and document their methodologies.
• Validate universe estimation and conduct impact analysis for relevant changes.
• Design and simulate extrapolation setups, including redesigning extrapolation matrices and assessing compliance.
• Assess feasibility and design raw data modelling solutions for non-coop retailers and review their yearly relevancy.
• Implement new country-channel setups and resolve Level 2 methodology clarification issues.
• Support major data changes with action plan definition and client communication.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methods such as the 5_why method.
• Ability to document and explain complex methodologies clearly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowing production processes for PoS.
• Extensive experience working in an international environment.
• Strong quality orientation and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong command of the English language.
