Data Scientist II-2

Overview

Data Scientist II-2 responsible for defining business problems and developing AI/ML applications for Mastercard divisions.

What you'll do

• Gather information to define business problems.
• Link AI methodologies to business challenges.
• Develop AI/ML applications using current industry and academic advancements.
• Work cross-functionally and across borders to execute the AI agenda.
• Apply AI to operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial products and services.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated passion for AI, including participation in challenges such as Kaggle.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques, statistical tools, and open-source technologies.
• Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or GPU clusters.
• Knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms and time-series methods.
• Concentration in Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Experience with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, XGBoost, Caffe, or Theano.
• Experience developing applications in NLP, speech processing, or image processing.
