Overview
As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you develop and deploy machine learning and statistical methods to find patterns in large datasets and deliver analytics solutions for customer needs.
What you'll do
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning, operational research, semantic analysis, and statistical methods.
- Work on upgrades and manage execution of a proprietary AI engine for Copay and GTN initiatives.
- Ensure models are trained with the latest data and meet SLA expectations.
- Perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics.
- Build model/analytics experiment pipelines leveraging MLOps.
- Create AI-enabled dashboards and automated workflows to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
What you'll need
- Experience with one or more analytic tools or languages such as R and Python.
- Foundational understanding of the US pharmaceutical ecosystem and patient support services offerings (Copay) and datasets including claims and prescriptions.
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with statistical techniques and hypothesis testing, including regression, clustering, and classification.
- Must have either a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of Information Systems experience or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of Information Systems experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with MLOps practices/tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis.
- Experience analyzing time-series data for forecasting and trend analysis.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and the Databricks platform.
