Deal Team Analyst 2026

Overview

Bengaluru Deal Team Analyst (2026) supporting deal teams in the EMEA market across the investment process from origination to execution.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with global investment teams as an active member of day-to-day deal work.
• Support deal origination with market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling.
• Conduct deal assessment via industry deep-dives, peer benchmarking, and TAM/SAM sizing.
• Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
• Prepare presentations and reports for investment teams and external stakeholders (e.g., advising banks).
• Contribute to transaction process work including project management and investment strategy.
• Support portfolio monitoring with KPI tracking, portfolio benchmarking, and assisting further M&A activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of relevant deal experience in investment banking or related financial services.
• MBA or a Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in finance and valuation principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-global teamwork.
