Overview
Bengaluru Deal Team Analyst (2026) supporting deal teams in the EMEA market across the investment process from origination to execution.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with global investment teams as an active member of day-to-day deal work.
- Support deal origination with market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling.
- Conduct deal assessment via industry deep-dives, peer benchmarking, and TAM/SAM sizing.
- Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
- Prepare presentations and reports for investment teams and external stakeholders (e.g., advising banks).
- Contribute to transaction process work including project management and investment strategy.
- Support portfolio monitoring with KPI tracking, portfolio benchmarking, and assisting further M&A activities.
What you'll need
- Minimum 1 year of relevant deal experience in investment banking or related financial services.
- MBA or a Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with interest in finance and valuation principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-global teamwork.
