Delivery Engineer III (GTM)

Overview

Delivery Engineer III on the Go-To-Market team, owning post-sales onboarding and data health for customers.

What you'll do

• Own customer onboarding and ongoing data health for strategic clients.
• Align with pre-sales teams to define goals and metrics that guide data architecture.
• Work with customers’ engineering, product, and marketing teams to onboard and improve data trust.
• Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations and change management best practices.
• Build AI automations to help customers manage data at scale.
• Consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.

What you'll need

• Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming using tools such as SQL/dbt/Python/BI/product analytics.
• Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiar with product analytics implementation methods like SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• Can manage complex projects with assorted client stakeholders while balancing scope and timelines.
• Has experience in customer success or client-facing professional services/consulting/technical project management.
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
