Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

Overview

Delivery Operations Senior Analyst within the Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports to support financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Perform financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling and performance reporting.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, progressing to increasingly complex problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors; may have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work, and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Domain understanding in Controllership, Core finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• Experience with period end close.
• Ability to manage annual plan, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow (all 3 financial statements).
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial and operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent in MS Office.
• Experience working in a 3rd party culture.
• Okay to work in flexi / night shifts.
• SAP / SAP-HANA.
