Delivery Operations Team Lead

Overview

Delivery Operations Team Lead in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes through operational data collection, analysis and transaction reconciliation across the Order to Cash process.

What you'll do

• Create and issue customer invoices and review debit notes to identify process gaps.
• Handle invoicing, reconciliation, collections, accounts receivable, and resolve unapplied cash reconciliation.
• Support cash application activities, including customer query resolution, coordination with customers, application of unapplied cash, suspense account reconciliation, and processing from payment receipt through finalization.
• Follow up with the sales client team for reasons behind debit notes and unrecognized revenue.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Create new solutions by leveraging and, when needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align work with team goals.
• Interact with the direct supervisor, peers, and management levels within Accenture or at a client.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments with guidance.
• Make decisions that may affect the immediate team.
• Manage small teams and or work efforts, including when serving in an individual contributor role.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Billing processing and collection of operational data and reports.
• Team management.
• Understanding of cash applications, billing, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, order management, and related reconciliations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
