Overview

Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes through operational data reporting, analysis, transaction reconciliation, cash application, billing and master data management.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis, reconciling transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Manage transactions from receipt through completion within cash application and billing processing.
• Create and issue customer invoices, review debit notes and support invoicing activities.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to process transformation and project management.
• Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data and provide centralized maintenance of unified data, ensuring consistency and control of master data elements.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Coordinate with sales teams to investigate debit notes and address unrecognized revenue issues.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Billing processing.
• Sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Cash application processing.
• A strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, journal entries and revenue recognition.
• Process transformation and project management.

• Location: Gurugram.
• Interactions with peers within Accenture, with some interaction with clients and Accenture management.
