Overview

Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end order-to-cash activities including billing, invoicing and cash application.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries and coordinate with customers.
• Apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Manage transactions from receipt through completion.
• Create and issue customer invoices, and review debit notes.
• Identify process gaps and support invoicing activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to investigate debit notes and address unrecognized revenue issues.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Work as an individual contributor and oversee a small work effort or team where needed.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Billing processing.
• Sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Cash application processing.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, journal entries, and revenue recognition.
• Process transformation and project management.
