Order to Cash Operations Senior Analyst

Overview

Senior analyst role in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, covering the end-to-end Order to Cash process, from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Manage transactions from receipt through completion.
• Create and issue customer invoices, review debit notes and support invoicing activities.
• Identify process gaps.
• Coordinate with sales teams to investigate debit notes and address unrecognized revenue issues.
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
• Work as an individual contributor and oversee a small work effort or team where needed.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Billing processing.
• Sales order to delivery and invoicing.
• Cash application processing.
• A strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, order management, order processing, order fulfillment, journal entries and revenue recognition.
• Process transformation and project management.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Day-to-day interactions with peers within Accenture, with some interaction with clients and Accenture management.
• Receives minimal instruction on daily work and tasks, and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
