Overview

Order to Cash Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, handling end-to-end cash collection from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, apply unapplied cash and reconcile suspense accounts.
• Process transactions including invoice creation, debit note review, collections and accounts receivable.
• Handle order management, order fulfillment, journal entries and revenue-related follow-ups with sales teams.
• Analyze and solve problems of lower complexity.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
