Overview
Demo Engineering Manager to build and lead a new Demo Engineering team in Bangalore while working with Sitetracker’s AI product, Scout.
What you'll do
- Establish and grow the Bangalore-based Demo Engineering team.
- Lead the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, and performance feedback.
- Run the work queue by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reporting delivery plus roadblocks.
- Maintain solution quality and provide architecture and design oversight for shipped builds.
- Own demo organizations and environments, including upgrades, data integrity, access, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to convert business requirements into demo scripts and close gaps before development.
- Stay hands-on for deal-critical or overflow demo/engineering builds when volume spikes.
What you'll need
- People leadership experience managing teams that build or configure technical products (demos/solutions/software), including hiring and performance feedback.
- Experience running a work queue against shifting priorities and reporting delivery status upward.
- Hands-on history of Salesforce platform value-based demo builds with admin-level configuration expertise.
- Experience reviewing or judging agentic AI/LLM-tool workflows for robustness and soundness.
- Ability to independently maintain, upgrade, and manage access for complex demo organizations and environments.
- One or more Salesforce certifications and/or direct Sitetracker platform experience.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, impactful demos/configurations and partner with sales/presales.

- Location: Bangalore.
- Work mode: Hybrid with 2 days in the office and a 2-10 PM IST work window.
