Overview

Deputy Designer to Senior Designer – BIM Bridges supports bridge project delivery by creating accurate, coordinated digital BIM models for design development and construction.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and reports aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry and company standards.
• Perform model coordination and multidisciplinary integration.
• Apply BIM standards and adhere to Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
• Communicate with the team and manage priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering modeling and detailing focused on bridges.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling using tools such as Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model structures, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency with tools including ProjectWise and BIM 360/ACC (or other industry-standard tools).
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction sequencing.
