Deputy Director – Electrical Engineering is an engineering leadership role in Bangalore responsible for technical leadership and execution oversight across design and manufacturing domains.

What you'll do

• Partner with Business Unit (BU) leaders to define project scope, priorities, and technical direction.
• Provide broad leadership across design and manufacturing domains to deliver scalable engineering solutions.
• Lead complex technical problem-solving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality outcomes through planning and execution discipline.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment between engineering teams, business units, and global stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing electrical engineering teams.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience.
• B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven people management experience (hiring, developing, and inspiring engineering talent).
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
