Deputy Manager-Capex Procurement

Overview

Drive end-to-end sourcing, vendor management and commercial negotiations across Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation and Lab Instrumentation categories for a contract development and manufacturing organization.

What you'll do

• Streamline the vendor base and standardize product specifications across Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation and Lab Instrumentation categories.
• Drive sourcing through F2F negotiations, vendor evaluations and market benchmarking.
• Lead commercial negotiations through direct engagement, auctions and RfX processes to achieve optimal value.
• Manage approvals in line with DoA and oversee contracting and commercial closure.
• Finalize negotiations and ensure timely conversion of PRs to POs.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials/services in line with technical and business requirements.
