Deputy Project Manager

Overview

Deputy Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects, with end-to-end project ownership including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and successful delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and Building Automation projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls & Automation Solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project commercials, change orders, billing milestones, and revenue realization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, project engineers, and subcontractors.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project execution and project management.
• Proven experience managing projects involving IBMS / BMS.
• Proven experience managing projects involving CCTV Systems.
• Proven experience managing projects involving Access Control Systems (ACS).
• Proven experience managing projects involving Building Controls & Automation.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience handling customer-facing project delivery roles.
• Knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
