Design Senior Engineer

Overview

Mechanical Design Senior Engineer role focused on developing and sustaining improved techniques, procedures, and products while supporting testing, documentation, and customer/field needs.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives on time.
• Analyze, design, develop, maintain products and support their commercialization.
• Build prototypes and set up/run lab simulations for testing.
• Design and implement tests, document results, and develop customer presentations.
• Provide corrective actions on defects and produce analyses/mathematical models.
• Conduct/participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs.
• Authorize technical reports/papers/articles/patents/presentations and support design standards and reuse.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Production/Automobile.
• Experience range stated as 5 years to 10 years.
• Ability to apply usability procedures and principles.
• Ability to create and maintain product documentation.
• Ability to provide support to field and customers through InTouch.
• Experience assigning, directing, and reviewing work of technicians and providing guidance to engineers.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers with seniority.
