Designer - Creative Design at Genpact to create creative design concepts and visual assets across digital, print, and multimedia outputs.

What you'll do

• Develop creative design concepts and visual assets aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects.
• Design and produce graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and design standards across deliverables.
• Apply current creative design trends, tools, and best practices to improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple design assignments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide design support for marketing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Design or Graphic Design or HCI or Visual Communication.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, UX, and UI.
• Proficiency in English (C2).
