Designer - Piping

Overview

Designer - Piping responsible for piping design work on onshore projects, supporting project execution while maintaining piping design integrity.

What you'll do

• Develop unit plot plans and equipment layouts.
• Conduct layout optimization studies.
• Prepare material take-offs (MTO).
• Review vendor packages.

What you'll need

• Have 5–8 years of experience in the stated skills and responsibilities.
• Hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of S3D.
• Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Understand mechanical handling concepts.
• Understand conceptual layout studies.
• Have good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of support modelling, including MDS and special support drawing generation.
• Experience in Ammonia and Urea.
