Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a Senior System Administrator with 5+ years of multi-site hospitality IT experience to own end-to-end infrastructure across all outlets — covering POS/PMS systems, cloud telephony, network security, SQL databases, Digitory, Cosec BioMatric, Tally vendor management, and team leadership. Reports directly to General Manager / Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead IT infrastructure for multiple restaurant outlets
- Architect & maintain VPN/firewall-secured WAN/LAN networks
- Manage POS, PMS, IPTV, cloud telephony & EDC systems
- Oversee Active Directory, domain controllers & Windows Servers
- Administer SQL databases & cross-site POS configurations
- Manage Zoho/Exchange email platforms & migrations
- Lead vendor negotiations, SLAs & IT procurement
- Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules for hardware/software
- Manage Disaster Recovery processes & daily backups
- Enforce IT Security Policies & conduct staff training
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on infrastructure incidents
- Drive IT projects: scope, budget, timelines & staffing
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly IT reports for management
- Maintain hardware/software asset & licence inventory
- Ensure IT Audit compliance per Standard Operating Procedures
- Mentor junior IT staff & coordinate support escalations

- Firewall, VPN & network security configuration
- Multi-vendor management & IT budget ownership
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure & manage concurrent projects
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) — required
- CCNA / Network+ or equivalent — preferred
- ITIL Foundation Certification — preferred
- Zoho / Cisco / Azure vendor certifications — advantage
