IT Systems Engineer I

Overview

The IT Systems Engineer I supports administration, maintenance, monitoring, and performance of the organization’s network and infrastructure. You’ll provide first-level engineering support for infrastructure operations and assist with systems administration, endpoint management, and technical support.

What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, and VPN connectivity.
• Assist with administration and troubleshooting of Azure networking services, including virtual networks and VPN connectivity.
• Support configuration and administration of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure such as Cisco Meraki devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Assist with server administration, patch management, endpoint management, and system monitoring.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the IT service management platform.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience supporting network, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
• Expert troubleshooting of network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
• Familiarity with administering Zscaler and supporting Cisco Meraki devices.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Experience supporting network upgrades, infrastructure projects, and hardware refresh initiatives.
