Desktop Support Engineer

Overview

Desktop Support Engineer providing first-line technical assistance to end-users for desktop computing systems, including troubleshooting, installation/configuration, maintenance, and security support.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktop environments, including updates and upgrades.
• Assist users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person and deliver training/guidance.
• Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system and maintain asset inventory.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and help with LAN/wireless setup and maintenance.
