Dev/Ops Developer

Overview

Develop, configure, enhance, and support Grants Funding and Early Access systems as part of a DevOps product team. The role includes business analysis, hands-on system development, troubleshooting, maintenance, and release support.

What you'll do

• Support and update Grants Funding and Early Access systems.
• Gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems day to day.
• Apply system updates and support quality releases.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Implement technology best practices, guidelines, and processes.
• Handle application tickets in the Service Management tool.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer or in a similar position.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
• Experience writing prompts for artificial intelligence.
• Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud solution development, configuration, and basic architecture.
• Experience developing, supporting, and maintaining complex systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, DevOps, or ITIL.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.
