Developer Engagement Representative - ANZ (Australia / New Zealand) (Part-Time Contract)

Overview

Support Roblox’s developer community in Australia and New Zealand by building partnerships, running community programs, and helping creators engage with Roblox.

What you'll do

• Learn and apply Roblox moderation rules and guidelines.
• Identify and engage potential developer-community partners.
• Plan and deliver online and offline events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Manage programs from concept through completion.
• Track milestones and measure program outcomes.
• Support translation and localization for programs and resources.
• Improve team workflows and processes.

What you'll need

• Physical location in Australia or New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of Roblox and its community.
• Good standing with Roblox moderation history.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills plus one applied language.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of community processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual or hybrid event planning.
• Early-career or fresh graduate background.
