Developer, Java,Spark and GCP

Overview

Engineer for batch processing on the OneTru platform, supporting US Credit batch workloads and driving migration to GCP cloud.

What you'll do

• Accelerate migration from on-premises infrastructure to the OneTru GCP cloud portal.
• Deliver a scalable and resilient batch processing platform for enterprise-scale data volumes.
• Simplify management of batch triggers through automation and standardisation using AI.
• Support daily running configurations for LFE setups.
• Improve operational efficiency, reliability, and time-to-market for business initiatives.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and related technology.
• Minimum 2 years working knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, and big data technologies.
• Cloud experience (must have), with hands-on experience in either GCP/AWS.
• Technical skills including Spark, Java, Spark SQL, Microservices, Python, Hive, and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• GCP knowledge is preferred over AWS or Azure.
• Basic AI knowledge and adoption skill.
• Vue.Js.

Details

• Hybrid role with regular responsibilities virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for at least two days per week.
• Daily operations include management of approximately 1,000 batch trigger configurations.
• Execution and support of 100+ Logical Flow Engine (LFE) configurations.
