Digital Assets Data Architecture and Engineering - Vice President

Overview

Digital Assets Data Architecture and Engineering role within State Street’s Digital Assets Technology leadership team. Lead end-to-end data, AI, and cloud architecture initiatives and drive execution.

What you'll do

• Design and own end-to-end data pipelines, AI-ready infrastructure, and feature stores.
• Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models and integrate foundational models into production.
• Set standards for data quality, lineage, and security to support regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build self-service data and AI services using “golden path” templates and MLOps tools.
• Collaborate and share knowledge/best practices across locations to support a digital assets data ecosystem.
• Identify new AI/BI/digital/automation tools to enhance solutions and assess current methods for improvements.

What you'll need

• Completed bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as computer science or information systems.
• 16+ years’ experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.
• Proven track record of leading successful data, AI, and cloud initiatives.
• Experience developing data, AI, and cloud architecture strategies through execution and support.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver set objectives and strategic priorities.
• Capacity to work with people at all levels and across cultural backgrounds.
• Strategic and innovative mindset.
