Senior Lead Analytics Consultant focused on exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, modern data architecture, and delivering enterprise-scale analytical solutions.
What you'll do
- Advise senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs.
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex, unique challenges using analytical applications of industry techniques and advanced data.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems and business domains to generate trusted, actionable insights.
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across business and technology functions.
- Define, govern, and enhance enterprise metrics, KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, measurement frameworks, and executive reporting routines.
- Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, machine learning, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Partner with data engineering, BI, product, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to define analytics needs and deliver outcomes.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of analytics, reporting, financial modeling, or statistics experience (or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Alteryx for large, complex dataset analysis and actionable insights.
- Strong experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques including anomaly detection.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or equivalent distributed compute/cloud analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed data processing.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lineage practices.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and executive-ready insights.
