Digital Communications Specialist (Senior Associate) within PwC’s Internal Firm Services, focused on brand management, marketing, and sales activities.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business development opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve client engagement.
• Design content for emails and newsletters with international teams.
• Support distribution of global internal communication on digital platforms using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Validate brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
• Mentor junior team members to support professional growth and team performance.

What you'll need

• At least a Graduate and post graduate.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related PwC experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track marketing initiatives.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Sharepoint and Microsoft groups.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one field of study including Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
