Digital Influencer Intern

About the role

Abekus is looking for creative, well-connected Digital Influencer Interns to grow our brand and community online. This is a role about storytelling and reach: you will build Abekus's presence across your channels and help students discover a platform that can genuinely accelerate their careers and growth. Apart from an internship certificate, you also earn cash referral benefits for the users who join through you.

What you'll do

• Build the Abekus brand online — grow our presence and position Abekus as the platform students turn to for their careers, skills, and growth.
• Boost Abekus features — get your audience applying to jobs and internships, entering competitions, and taking courses and skill tests. Every activity your referrals complete rewards you too.
• Create standout content — reels, posts, stories, and shorts that make the platform aspirational and relatable.
• Tell your own story — your practice streaks, contest wins, and the opportunities you have found on Abekus.
• Grow and engage a community across your channels and study circles, and share your referral link so interested followers can get started.

What you'll earn

• Cash referral rewards — every student you bring onto the platform earns you 6–12 Gems (Abekus's reward currency, where 1 Gem = ₹1), credited as they get active with their first activities.
• Convert or redeem — turn your Gems straight into cash, or spend them on coupons and merchandise in the Abekus store.
• Uncapped — the more you grow the community, the more you earn.
• Certificate of internship on completion, and a Letter of Recommendation for top performers.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled student, or a recent graduate.
• An active, credible presence on at least one social platform — a high follower / engagement count on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or X is strongly preferred.
• A knack for creating content people actually stop to watch or read.
• Comfortable being a public voice for a brand you believe in.
• Reliable and self-driven, with a few hours a week to invest.

Nice to have

• A post or reel that has done real numbers, or an existing creator page / community.
• Experience leading a club, society, or student community.
• Basic content tooling (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
