Digital Technology Experienced Professional - DevOps Engineering

Overview

DevOps Engineering role focused on CI/CD platform workflows, build/deploy modernization, and embedding DevSecOps. You will also define standards for observability, Infrastructure as Code, and mentor engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain a CI/CD “North Star” for pipelines, artifacts, environments, and developer experience.
• Standardize CI/CD using Azure Pipelines with reusable workflows for delivery.
• Modernize build and deploy processes using containers and managed compute such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate DevSecOps into pipelines using SAST/SCA (Fortify, Black Duck) and quality gates (SonarQube).
• Drive Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible; promote GitOps workflows for provisioning and change control.
• Define observability standards using Prometheus and Grafana, including SLOs and incident response.
• Mentor DevOps and product engineers and conduct PR reviews for new components and microservice build scripts.

What you'll need

• 0–5 years of experience across DevOps/Platform/SRE, including leading CI/CD standardization and modernization in multi-team environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines, reusable workflows, build automation, approvals, and notifications.
• Experience with AWS and IaC tools: Terraform (modular patterns) and Ansible, plus Azure DevOps environment provisioning and policy-as-code.
• Container and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Security and quality experience integrating Fortify, GHAS, Black Duck, and SonarQube for SAST/SCA and quality gates.
• Observability experience with Prometheus and Grafana, including metrics/SLOs, alerting, and runbooks.
• Scripting/OS skills: Python, Bash; and experience across Linux, Windows, and macOS in build and runtime contexts.
