Overview
Digital Solution Engineering Manager for process industries, responsible for leading delivery of digital solutions across multiple solution portfolios.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of engineers delivering digital solutions for EMS, Historian, Asset Twin/APM, cyber security, and custom solutions.
- Own complete technical deliverables for the assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are executed per scope with LBL counterparts and meet agreed schedule milestones.
- Review execution progress and ensure quality processes are followed before delivery.
- Plan project team setup based on project scope and ensure right skill sets are available.
- Drive effective change management and handle escalations.
- Maintain KPIs for the INOPC organization including utilization, TNPS score, productivity, and engagement.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of implementation experience in the digital domain for process industries.
- In-depth knowledge in digital solutions for process industries.
- Experience delivering digital projects with engineering & commissioning across Metals/Mining/Pulp & Paper/Cement domains.
- Experience delivering EMS, Historian, APM, or cyber security projects.
- Good understanding of digital product portfolio and solutioning concepts.
- Implementation experience in at least one or two of the listed portfolios.
- Minimum B.Tech/B.E with First Class in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics or a relevant engineering degree.
