Overview
Lead AI-ready data product engineering end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment, and guide a team in India.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of AI-enabled data products from user story refinement through development, testing, and production release.
- Partner with Product Owners and commercial stakeholders to align features to measurable user value.
- Enable parametrized, automated, and reusable data/model pipelines for interoperability across analytics.
- Translate user requirements into technical specifications and drive iterative prototyping with feedback loops.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment standards, and release quality/monitoring.
- Champion DevSecOps practices by embedding security controls and compliance checks into workflows.
What you'll need
- 10+ years in data engineering, data science, or related technical fields.
- 5+ years leading technical teams with people management responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience building and shipping AI-ready data products end-to-end.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with practical experience in Snowflake.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Experience with AI-ready data enablement frameworks plus semantics management and enterprise data catalogues (Collibra).
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
